Make Your Mark: The primary purpose for the Senior Technical Implementation Consultant is to advise customers on best practices related to the technical environment during the implementation of BlackLine. The primary focus is on the implementation of our ERP Connectors and APIs to transfer data to and from ERPs to BlackLine. Using their extensive knowledge of the BlackLine application and technical knowledge, they can advise on best practices and work with customers through complex requirements to configure the suite of products to perform as contracted. This role is also responsible for consulting with the client regarding best practices and client business needs in order to best configure the software and provide exceptional customer service. The Senior Technical Implementation Consultant also guides and mentors new or less experienced Technical Implementation Consultants to transfer and ramp-up their knowledge and skills to advise customers and potential customers.
