Job Summary Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack applications that support Agentic AI solutions, AI copilots, intelligent automation, and enterprise workflow orchestration. Works independently on complex features and contributes to architecture, application design, and user experience. Collaborates with AI engineers, backend engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and user-friendly AI-powered applications. Job Description Core Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.

- Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces for AI copilots, agent dashboards, workflow management, and analytics applications.

- Develop backend APIs, microservices, and orchestration services that support Agentic AI workflows and enterprise integrations.

- Integrate AI services, LLMs, and agent frameworks into business applications.

- Build interfaces enabling users to interact with AI agents, intelligent assistants, and enterprise knowledge systems.

- Develop and maintain Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) powered applications and search experiences.

- Implement authentication, authorization, security, and role-based access controls.

- Collaborate with UX designers, AI engineers, and product teams to deliver high-quality user experiences.

- Participate in code reviews and follow software engineering best practices.

- Implement monitoring, logging, observability, and performance optimization.

- Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, and production issues.

- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing initiatives.

- Document application architecture, technical designs, and implementation details.

Skills and Experience

- 5-8 years of experience in Software Engineering or Full Stack Development.

- Strong programming experience with TypeScript/JavaScript and Python.

- Experience building modern web applications using React, Next.js, Angular, or similar frameworks.

- Experience developing backend services using FastAPI, Node.js, Express.js, Spring Boot, or similar frameworks.

- Experience building REST APIs, Graph APIs, and microservices.

- Experience working with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, or similar databases.

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.

- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.

- Strong understanding of distributed systems, API integrations, and cloud-native architectures.

- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

AI & Agentic AI Skills

- Experience building AI-powered applications, copilots, intelligent assistants, or workflow automation solutions.

- Experience integrating OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar LLM platforms.

- Familiarity with Agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph.

- Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search concepts.

- Experience building conversational AI experiences, chat interfaces, and AI-powered user experiences.

- Familiarity with prompt engineering, tool calling, function calling, context management, and agent orchestration.

- Experience integrating enterprise knowledge sources and AI search capabilities into applications.

- Knowledge of AI observability, evaluation frameworks, governance, and responsible AI practices.
