About the Role:

Grade Level (for internal use): 10 We are seeking a DevSecOps Team Lead to lead secure software delivery and platform engineering practices across the organization. This role is responsible for advancing CI/CD security, Kubernetes platform controls, artifact management, and automation standards using Kubernetes, JFrog Artifactory, and GitHub Enterprise. The ideal candidate brings strong technical leadership, hands-on engineering depth, and the ability to partner across development, platform, and security teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design and continuous improvement of secure CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps standards.

- Provide technical leadership for Kubernetes security, GitHub Enterprise workflows, and JFrog Artifactory governance.

- Mentor engineers and guide implementation of secure, scalable, and reliable delivery practices.

- Partner with development, platform, and security teams to reduce risk and improve delivery efficiency.

- Drive automation, vulnerability remediation, operational improvements, and platform roadmap priorities.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

- 6+ years of experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, platform engineering, or security engineering, including lead-level responsibilities.

- Strong hands-on expertise with Kubernetes, JFrog Artifactory, and GitHub Enterprise.

- Experience with CI/CD, infrastructure automation, container security, and software supply chain practices.

- Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with policy-as-code, secrets management, Terraform, Helm, or similar automation tools.

- Knowledge of SBOM, artifact scanning, compliance controls, and secure engineering standards.

- Relevant certifications such as CKA, CKS, CISSP, Security+, or cloud security certifications.
