Job Description Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex transformation programs with a strong focus on governance, stakeholder management, RAID management (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), contingency planning, and executive reporting. The role will serve as the central orchestration point across business, technology, operations, and external partners, ensuring proactive risk mitigation, timely decision-making, and successful delivery of strategic initiatives. This individual will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, driving governance rigor, managing interdependencies across workstreams, and ensuring projects remain on track despite evolving business conditions. Key Responsibilities Program Governance & Delivery Leadership
- Own end-to-end program governance across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain project management frameworks, standards, and reporting mechanisms.
- Drive project planning, milestone management, critical path tracking, and delivery execution.
- Facilitate steering committees, governance forums, and executive decision-making sessions.
- Ensure alignment between program objectives, business outcomes, and delivery commitments. RAID Management & Risk Oversight
- Own and maintain enterprise-grade RAID logs with clear ownership, mitigation plans, and escalation paths.
- Proactively identify risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies across projects and functions.
- Lead risk assessments and scenario planning exercises to anticipate delivery challenges.
- Escalate critical risks and blockers with recommended solutions and decision options.
- Monitor cross-functional dependencies and minimize cascading impacts on program timelines. Contingency Planning & Business Resilience
- Develop comprehensive contingency and recovery strategies for critical delivery risks.
- Conduct impact analysis and define mitigation actions for schedule, resource, budget, and operational risks.
- Lead crisis-management discussions and coordinate response plans during project disruptions.
- Ensure alternative delivery pathways are identified and documented for key milestones.
- Build resilience plans to support uninterrupted execution during organizational or operational changes. Executive Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary interface between business leadership, sponsors, PMO, delivery teams, and external partners.
- Build trusted relationships with senior executives, functional leaders, and key decision-makers.
- Manage stakeholder expectations through transparent communication and proactive engagement.
- Translate complex program risks and decisions into executive-level insights and recommendations.
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment and drive consensus on priorities, trade-offs, and actions. Reporting & Decision Support
- Develop executive dashboards, status reports, health indicators, and governance packs.
- Present program status, emerging risks, and key decisions to Steering Committees and sponsors.
- Define KPIs and program performance metrics to monitor delivery effectiveness.
- Track action items, decision logs, dependencies, and benefit realization metrics.
- Ensure accurate, timely, and concise communication across all stakeholder groups. Resource & Delivery Coordination
- Coordinate activities across business, technology, operations, vendors, and PMO teams.
- Support capacity planning and resource allocation to maintain delivery momentum.
- Ensure accountability for action items and delivery commitments across functions.
- Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and governance maturity initiatives. Required Experience
- 12+ years of project/program management experience within large-scale transformation environments.
- Proven experience managing enterprise-wide initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
- Strong expertise in RAID management, program governance, dependency management, and issue resolution.
- Demonstrated success in executive stakeholder management up to C-suite level.
- Experience leading complex transformation, finance transformation, ERP, shared services, digital, or operating model programs.
- Strong track record of driving projects in ambiguous and fast-changing environments.
