Roles and Responsibilities

- Identify market demand by engaging with clients and internal stakeholders to uncover gaps and opportunities in Revenue Growth Management, Pricing Strategy, Promotion Optimization, and Commercial Analytics.

- Act as a bridge between commercial strategy and analytics delivery, ensuring solutions align with client business needs and technical feasibility.

- Lead product-market fit analysis and support go-to-market strategy for commercial analytics offerings to senior leadership in key accounts.

- Own and drive execution of the practice roadmap by demonstrating deep domain expertise, analytical rigor, and stakeholder management capabilities.

- Own end-to-end solution development for commercial analytics practices, including ideation, design, development, and maintenance of scalable analytics solutions.

- Develop and maintain reusable assets such as frameworks, models, playbooks, and tools to accelerate delivery and enhance solution quality.

- Drive thought leadership by staying ahead of industry trends and incorporating best practices into Sigmoid's offerings.

- Own client relationships, account growth, and retention for strategic accounts; expand scope and value with existing clients.

Must-Have Experiences

- 13+ years of professional experience in Revenue Growth Management, Pricing Strategy, Commercial Analytics, or related fields.

- Proven track record leading engagements and growth with large enterprises as a functional consultant or commercial leader.

- Deep hands-on expertise in Pricing Elasticity, Promotion Optimization, Pack-Price Architecture, Assortment Optimization, Trade Investment Management.

- Owned and managed profit and loss with responsibility for revenue growth, profitability, and utilization.

- Built, scaled, or led analytics and commercial practices with proven hiring, mentoring, and team development capability.

- Ability to distinguish between core, configurable, and customizable features in analytics solutions and apply this framework in delivery methodology.

- Multi-client, multi-year program delivery with on-time, in-full execution and strong quality governance.

Ideal Profile

- Bachelor’s Degree (BE / BTech - CS) from Tier I and Masters in a relevant field (ideally Masters in Business Management).

- 13+ years of professional work experience in Enterprise/B2B Product or Services environment, with 8+ Years of experience delivering transformational value in Consumer Goods or Retail organisations.

- Proven exceptional problem-solving analytical skills with an ability to blend creativity and logical thought to innovatively think through a problem and develop solutions.

- Ability to develop and articulate strategic recommendations based on rigorous data analysis.

- Familiarity with integrating analytics tools/data pipelines with ERP systems to enable real-time decision-making.

Desired Skills

- 13+ years of professional experience in Revenue Growth Management, Pricing Strategy, Commercial Analytics, or related fields.

- Proven track record leading engagements and growth with large enterprises as a functional consultant or commercial leader.

- Deep hands-on expertise in at least 3 of 5 RGM areas: Pricing Elasticity, Promotion Optimization, Pack-Price Architecture, Assortment Optimization, Trade Investment Management.

- Owned and managed profit and loss with responsibility for revenue growth, profitability, and utilization.

- Built, scaled, or led analytics and commercial practices with proven hiring, mentoring, and team development capability.

- Ability to distinguish between core, configurable, and customizable features in analytics solutions and apply this framework in delivery methodology.
