Job Description Job Purpose/Overview   A major Digital & Business Transformation initiative involving replacing existing ERPs with a new SAP ecosystem leveraging S/4 Hana.   As Process Intelligence becomes increasingly important to the program, you will be a key actor in helping to provide data-driven insights and drive improvement through Celonis development.  You will be working as part of a team responsible for the delivery of all Process Intelligence solutions, from reporting to operational execution apps, for the Digital Core program Key Responsibilities  Program Delivery :

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Celonis process mining solutions to support business transformation initiatives. This will involve hands-on development as well as working closely with third-party delivery partners

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and deliver scalable Celonis applications and dashboards

- Manage Celonis development lifecycle including data extraction, process analysis, KPI definition, and automation implementation.

- Proactively identify opportunities to optimise Celonis workflows and processes, driving continuous improvement and innovation.

- Engage with the Process Intelligence Hub CTO platform team to promote the platform and capabilities, share success stories, grow valuable use of the platform, and educate the vendor resources on best practices.

Stakeholder Engagement

- Identify and maintain a network of key stakeholders, ensuring they are informed and/or consulted appropriately across both Business & IT. Ranging from Analyst to director level.

- Understand the business opportunities and the Digital Core transformation program to present, propose and build innovative concepts

- Work with the Process Intelligence Senior Lead to promote the capabilities of Celonis and build partnerships to support the various teams and functions in need of solutions.

- Act as a trusted advisor and evangelist for Celonis technology, promoting its capabilities and benefits to various teams and functions  Context and Scope   The job is part of the Integration, Automation & Process Intelligence team (IAP) within Digital Core which acts as a single interface with the transformation program.    The IAP team is responsible for engaging with process & DT teams to scope, develop, and launch all Process Intelligence solutions for Digital Core. It achieves this through appropriate design and engineering disciplines, engaging & influencing stakeholders and drawing on a strong background/experience in Process Intelligence.    The role will work across most areas of Digital Core, with priorities driven by business stakeholders’ evolving needs Job Specifications/Qualifications Master of Sciences degree or equivalent in engineering field / IT / computer sciences / Management

- Considerable direct experience in developing solutions within Celonis, ideally with experience in building solutions not only focusing on root cause analysis but also with operational use cases (execution apps).

- Experience in agile working, building out prototypes with stakeholders to prove the value Celonis can provide (ideally with experience of working with process SME’s directly and turning high level requirements into something tangible)

- Experienced working with and leading 3rd Party/Outsourced partners

- Excellent communication skills are critical in ensuring appropriate and effective communication with key stakeholders ·       Action Oriented  ·       Communicates Efficiently  ·       Collaborates  ·       Plans and Aligns  ·       Resourcefulness  Preferred :

- Advanced Celonis PQL (Process Query Language) & KPI development

- Data Extraction & Transformation (ETL)

- Experience with SAP or other large ERP systems

- Experience with Task Mining

- Experience with SAP Signavio  Vendor & Partner Mgmt & Collaboration
