In Group Technology, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels. Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using modern programming technologies and frameworks.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, product owners, and system architects, to deliver scalable and robust solutions.

- Write clean, testable, and efficient code adhering to industry best practices and organizational coding standards.

- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing to ensure system reliability, performance, and security.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues and system bottlenecks in a timely manner.

- Support and optimize continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to facilitate automated software delivery. Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.

- Proven experience in application development using technologies such as Java, Python, or JavaScript frameworks.

- Familiarity with database systems, including SQL and NoSQL, as well as microservices architecture.

- Solid understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving technical environment.
