Role Overview We are seeking an early-career Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master to support the delivery of Cloud and Infrastructure engagements. In this role, you will work alongside experienced project managers, technical leads, and architects to coordinate day-to-day activities, keep workstreams organized, and ensure clear communication across technical teams and client stakeholders. This is a growth-oriented position ideal for someone with strong organizational instincts and an interest in building a career in technical project and agile delivery management.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate day-to-day project activities across Cloud and Infrastructure workstreams to support successful project delivery.

- Assist in planning, scheduling, tracking, and reporting project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and action items.

- Facilitate collaboration between technical teams, client stakeholders, and internal departments to ensure alignment and timely execution.

- Maintain project documentation, status reports, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies), meeting minutes, and governance artifacts.

- Organize and support weekly governance meetings, project reviews, and stakeholder update sessions for both internal and client-facing engagements.

- Communicate project progress, risks, issues, and escalations clearly and accurately to stakeholders.

- Track project timelines and follow up with team members to ensure deliverables are completed as planned.

- Support resource coordination and onboarding activities for project team members.

- Assist technical leads and architects in gathering requirements, tracking solution design activities, and coordinating implementation plans.

- Monitor project metrics, milestones, and key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular reporting to project leadership.

- Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients, technical teams, and business stakeholders.

- Coordinate change requests, approvals, and project governance processes.

- Support service transition, operational readiness, and project closure activities.

- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to enhancing project delivery practices.

- Ensure project records, trackers, and documentation repositories remain current and accurate.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

- BA/BS degree and 0–2 years' relevant experience, OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Exposure to cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, or Google Cloud.

- Understanding of IT Infrastructure, Networking, Security, and Service Management concepts.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to track multiple activities simultaneously.

- Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, Excel/PowerPoint, SharePoint/Teams).

- A proactive, dependable attitude with a willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned tasks.
