About the job
Technology Innovation in Transportation Automation Systems (TITANS) builds software solutions that expand Amazon's supply chain network while reducing the time and cost of network design, planning, and configuration management. We partner with multiple Global Transportation Services (GTS) teams to deliver technology that enables Hands-Off-the-Wheel (HOTW) network configuration management — measuring and improving configuration quality to reduce operational overhead and increase deployment velocity across Fulfillment Centers, Sort Centers, Amazon Air Gateways, and Delivery Stations. Amazon delivers millions of packages to customers every day on time and at low cost; TITANS engineering is a core enabler of that outcome.
Our mission is to build the most efficient transportation system on the planet. We are growing our charter to cover the entire GTS organization, and our technical roadmap is expanding rapidly.
As a Technical Program Manager, you will own the communication, coordination, and execution needed to build TITANS' engineering products and expand our software solution charter across GTS. Specifically, you will act as SCRUM Master for technical teams, driving Agile practices that produce solutions that are usable, scalable, and extensible. Manage delivery across cross-functional teams - facilitating collaboration, resolving trade-offs between business and technical constraints, and clearly communicating goals, roles, and responsibilities. Develop execution plans, secure commitment from technical teams cross-functionally, and drive optimal technical architectures. Make data-driven decisions to prioritize and deliver the highest-impact features while balancing technical constraints.
The ideal candidate sets the standard for solution delivery excellence and has a demonstrated track record of delivering complex, cross-functional technical programs.
