Job Description **Core Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement GenAI solutions tailored to business requirements

- Design, train, and fine-tune machine learning models using industry best practices

- Conduct data preprocessing, feature engineering, and comprehensive model evaluation

- Fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) using advanced techniques such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

- Build and optimize RAG pipelines using Azure-native tools, implementing semantic search and chunking strategies

- Integrate vector storage solutions (Azure AI Search, Pinecone, Milvus) for efficient data retrieval

- Orchestrate AI workflows using Prompt Flow and Azure OpenAI Service (GPT-4o and related models) via Python SDKs

- Apply prompt engineering techniques to enhance model performance and user experience

- Collaborate with software development teams to seamlessly integrate AI models into user-facing applications

- Leverage Python and ML libraries (Hugging Face, Scikit-learn, LangChain) to build scalable solutions
