Job Description Required Qualifications

- Good years’ experience in service delivery, product operations, IT operations, or digital platform management.

- Experience managing vendors and third-party technology providers.

- Familiarity with chatbot, conversational AI, or generative AI solutions.

- Strong understanding of governance, compliance, and risk management principles.

- Experience with KPI reporting and executive communications.

- Excellent PowerPoint skills and comfortable presenting to leadership

- Excellent stakeholder management and organizational skills.

- Experience supporting and governing enterprise conversational AI platforms including KORE.ai, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and GenAI solutions.

- Understanding of chatbot testing methodologies including manual testing, regression testing, UAT coordination, conversation flow validation, and production verification.

- Experience working with cloud-hosted AI solutions and collaborating with infrastructure teams supporting Azure-based environments.

- Familiarity with chatbot integrations across enterprise platforms, APIs, ServiceNow, Microsoft Teams, and business applications.

- Understanding of AI service monitoring, incident management, and operational support processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Own operational governance and service management for conversational AI platforms including KORE.ai, Microsoft Copilot, and chatbot solutions.

- Coordinate chatbot releases, production deployments, testing activities, and change management processes.

- Review and track manual testing, UAT results, and production validation activities with vendors and business teams.

- Monitor chatbot platform health, service KPIs, user adoption, and operational performance.

- Partner with cloud and infrastructure teams supporting Azure environments, application gateways, Kubernetes clusters, certificates, and platform security requirements.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, governance compliance, risk mitigation, and responsible AI practices.

- Manage external vendors and ensure SLA adherence, quality delivery, and operational excellence.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI, Power Platform, or enterprise chatbot platforms.

- ITIL certification or service management experience.

- Experience in AI governance frameworks.

- Knowledge of privacy, security, and responsible AI practices.

- Program or project management certification.

- Experience with KORE.ai XO Platform administration, bot lifecycle management, release governance, and vendor coordination.

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud services supporting AI platforms.

- Familiarity with Azure Application Gateway, Load Balancers, Key Vault, App Services, Monitoring, and Application Insights.

- High-level understanding of containerized environments including Kubernetes (AKS) and cluster-based application hosting.

- Experience supporting AI platform upgrades, certificate renewals, security reviews, and production deployments.

- Exposure to chatbot analytics, conversation design, knowledge management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Agile/Scrum Certification (Preferred)

- Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals (SC-900)

- ITIL 4 Foundation

- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900)

- Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals (AI-900)

- IAPP AI Governance Professional (AIGP)
